The direction comes in the wake of Delhi BJP leader Bansuri Swaraj's complaint to the LG, demanding investigation and registration of FIR against Shrinate.
Saxena noticed that the scheme was part of the Union Budget 2023-24 and there is a need for its expeditious implementation as per the standing operating procedure (SOP) circulated by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, the LG office said on Friday.
“Bipin Kumar Rai has been performing the role of expert member for the last nine years and Amrendra Kumar was appointed as non-official member on 9th March, 2022. Both of them were drawing hefty remuneration in contravention of the law,” it said.
The Delhi CM also asked the chief secretary to read all tweets by the LG, and further advised him to obtain a detailed report from the LG office.
With this, the number of the selection grade posts will increase from the existing 25 to 35 per cent and the super time scale posts from 10 to 15 per cent.
