The last date to apply is 1st September 2025, and eligible candidates will be selected through an online entrance test.

These colleges do not follow the UGC guidelines and the circular on reservation issued by the Ministry of Education, the forum has said.

According to the RTE Act, children from economically weaker sections and disadvantaged groups are admitted to recognized unaided private schools against 25 per cent seats of the total capacity of their entry level classes, either pre-primary or Class 1.
The UGC will be entitled to hold a single PhD entrance test through which all universities and colleges must fill 40 per cent of their PhD seats in every subject. The rest of the 60 per cent seats will be filled on the basis of students’ scores in the National Eligibility Test that is held mainly for the post of assistant professors.
The admissions against this list will begin from 10 am on December 10 at respective teaching centres, as per the official notice.
