The police did not allow Abdullah, a three-time chief minister of J&K and several times MP, to enter the premises; after which Singh climbed the gate and talked to Abdullah, who was standing on the other side.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh has raised serious concern over the deteriorating health services in Uttar Pradesh and blamed the BJP government in the state for its insensitivity to deal with the situation.
He further alleged that since the return of AAP MP Sanjay Singh from jail, there has been a power struggle between him and the Kejriwal family.
Addressing a press conference, Singh said "Our ministers will be put in jail. Punjab's CM and ministers will be put in jail and then they will ask for his resignation. They will put M K Stalin, Revanth Reddy, Pinarayi Vijayan, Tejashwi Yadav, Mamata Banerjee, Akhilesh Yadav in jail...,"
Dismissing the plea, a bench of Justice B R Gavai and Justice Sandeep Mehta said they were not convinced to interfere with the High Court order which had also refused to stay the trial.
AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh on Friday said the so-called Delhi excise policy scam is an invention of the BJP and a means to put AAP supremo and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal behind the bars.
