Allu Arjun, Jackie Shroff call for a green, plastics-free planet on Earth Day
Telugu superstar Allu Arjun and Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff observed the Earth Day on Monday.
Hyderabad police arrested actor Samrat Reddy, who is known to have played the role of Anushka Shetty’s on-screen husband in Panchakshari and a villain in Kittu Unnadu Jagratha, after his wife filed a case against him, accusing him of stealing her jewelry on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
Samrat Reddy married Harshita Reddy a few years ago but according to reports, their marriage had taken a hit due to recent events because of which the couple was living separately for quite some time.
Harshita had lodged a complaint to the Madhapur police stating that Samrat has barged into her house when she went to her village for the Sankranthi festival and stole all her gold ornaments. She also complained that he had broken all the CCTV cameras in her house. The complaint was lodged and after an initial probe, the police arrested Samrat on Tuesday.

Samrat, whose family hails from a business field, has acted in many films in the Telugu industry and had quite recently joined the Kannada film industry for some projects.
