Ace cinematograopher, Kiran Deohans, whose latest work in the film Teaspoon, has become the talk of the tinsel town. Kiran, who has worked in films like Jodhaa Akbar, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and Agneepath re-created the same magic in his better half&’s Aban Deohans short film.
The 20-minute-film has got enormous appreciation from all popular short film festivals across the globe. The film has been selected for the best screenplay in the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival.
Teaspoon, which exhibits an amalgamation of various human emotions and psychological imbalances of human nature, features actors – Sreeswara, who got recognition in Singham Returns, television actor and a popular face in advertisements – Vaquar and the adorable grandfather of small screen- Bomi Dotiwala.
The film also received recognition at the Goa film festival, Bangalore film festival and the New York Indian Film Festival.
A simple yet unique storyline with strong performances from the star-cast has made it the most loved film in all the short film festivals.
