In an exclusive coversation with The Statesman, it has been learnt that the state government has initiated a five-tier rescue and relief operation into the Taratala mishap.

“Rohit was first taken to LBS Hospital and then shifted to AIIMS Trauma Centre, where he is currently undergoing treatment,” said Abhishek Dhania, Deputy Commissioner of Police.
“All four were rushed to Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Hospital, where one of them, identified as Arvind (40), a resident of Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh, was declared brought dead,” a senior officer said.
