BBMB receives Best Hydro Power Generator Award

Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) has bagged first prize in the category of Best Hydro Power Generator Award under the dynamic leadership of BBMB chairman DK Sharma.

The prize distribution ceremony was held at Belgaum, Karnataka on 24 November 2018 which was organised by Independent Power Producers Association of India (IPPAI).

The BBMB’s chief engineer, System Operation, Harminder Singh received the said award on behalf of BBMB.

During this event “The 19th IPPAI Retreat 2018”, discussions were held on the theme: “Intelligent power strategies and new business opportunities to enable 24X7 Power for All”. The BBMB chairman congratulated the team of engineers and staff of BBMB for this achievement.
