“OKCL and department of higher education have been asked to design IT literacy courses for students at secondary and higher secondary levels. Specific arrangements for teaching, learning, examination and award of co-branded certificates on IT courses will be developed through joint efforts of Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) and Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha and OKCL,” said a senior official in the IT department.
“It has also been decided that the premier universities of the state will be accepted as equity partners in OKCL. This apart, the university digitization and CHSE computerization will be done through OKCL,” the official said.
