The UP ATS has arrested four accused, who were operating under the directions of a Pakistan-based handler via social media and encrypted apps.
The investigators have claimed that the Doctor Terror module had planned an operation on December 6. There were a total of eight doctors who were initially part of the terror module.
Meanwhile, the UP ATS carried out midnight raids in two villages of the Amroha district and detained two suspects, Salman from Atarasi and Nasir from Ujhari. The duo is being questioned in connection with the Delhi blast.
Bilal Khan, son of Sharifullah, a resident of Papri village, Titron Nakur, Saharanpur, was arrested on September 15, 2025 for his involvement with the banned terror organization Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS).
The police said that the arrested accused used to make fake certificates to avail and get benefits of government schemes.
Two of them are from Pakistan while one is from Kashmir.
The ATS has also issued an advisory for parents asking them to keep a tab on the internet usage of their children.
