CBI on Sunday arrested YS Bhaskar Reddy, uncle of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, in connection with the alleged murder of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy, said sources.
On April 1, TDP workers were detained for conducting a rally without permission in the Tenali area of Guntur district as part of the Tenali Bandh programme.
He called the YSRCP government a rule by "maniacs, liars and corrupt criminals". The TDP chief said with maniacs in power, the state has lost its honour and dignity.
The TDP leader alleged that the state government is being subjected to disrepute by 'false GOs and arbitrary payments'.
