Speaking on the eve of the Budget presentation, Khanna said the 2026–27 Budget had been finalised keeping in view the expectations of the people of the state, development requirements, and the government’s commitment to good governance.
Hence, the BJP government is expected to bring a populist budget to woo the 25 crore electorate of the state.
The session will commence on February 9 with Governor Anandiben Patel addressing the joint session of the legislature at 11 am.
