Northern Railway has launched an iconic week to celebrate ‘Azadi Ki Rail Gadi Aur Stations’ from July 18-23 to highlight its unique contribution during the freedom struggle.
Besides, the four EV charging stations have been installed at Delhi-Agra Highway, Delhi-Jaipur Highway, Delhi-Chandigarh Highway and Delhi-Haridwar Highway. Each of these stations has a capacity of 50 charging points each.
These shows would encourage the youth to speak about the achievements of the country during the last 75 years of independence and where they expect it to reach in various fields. This way the youth can air their big dreams and define the future of India, the Information and Broadcasting Ministry said today.
For waste management, garbage is being segregated into dry waste, wet waste and hazardous waste before being disposed. Also, for energy saving, solar panels and LED lights have been installed at the station.
