The centers trained 354 government ITI electrician students from five districts in the previous year, while over 440 students have undertaken various training and awareness sessions in the current financial year.
Speaking at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 during a session titled ‘Employability in the AI Age: Preparing for the Jobs of Tomorrow’, Nageswaran underlined that India must act with clear intent to ensure AI strengthens, rather than disrupts, the country’s growth and social fabric.
The Chief Minister said the budget reinforces the idea that development is not limited to large cities alone, but encompasses villages, farmers, women, youth and workers. Economic strength, he added, has been aligned with social security, dignity and opportunity for every citizen.
He said the budget will strengthen India's status in the world and place Rajasthan in the mainstream of national development.
The event drew a distinguished audience, including senior leadership, employees, partners, and delegates from Synopsys.

To upgrade the skill of the youth in accordance with the requirement of the Industry 4.0, the Uttar Pradesh government has signed a Memorandum of Association (MoA) of over Rs 5,000 crore with Tata Technologies to upgrade 150 ITIs in the state.
The MoU was signed by Prof Pradipta Kumar Nanda, Pro-Vice Chancellor of SOA and R Balasubramanian, Consultant, L&T EduTech.
