Amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, the government on Thursday launched a new scheme, named Resilience and Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF), aimed at supporting Indian exporters facing disruptions due to the ongoing crisis.
The financial assistance aims to help families whose houses were either completely or partially damaged during the recent natural calamities.
A division bench of Justices Siddharth Verma and Achal Sachdev of the court heard the case today and issued the order.
Yesterday, the court stayed the arrest of two brothers, Nadeem Khan and Bablu Khan, accused of the Bareilly violence.
The High Court has also expressed displeasure over the government's arbitrary approach against Assistant Commissioner Arvind Kumar and stayed the arrest of the Assistant Commissioner of GST.
The Chief Minister reaffirmed the Government's commitment to standing with the affected people in this hour of distress. He was accompanied by Minister Javed Ranaa during his visit.
"It is just an interim order on Waqf by the apex court and more relief will come soon," he said.
Chief Minister Adityanath highlighted that the relief material is being sent on behalf of the people of Uttar Pradesh, reflecting the vision of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat championed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
