Earlier, an FIR was filed at Khalilabad police station in Sant Kabir Nagar on October 4 against the Assistant Commissioner for allegedly giving approval to a firm’s registration without verification.

After this, Arvind Kumar was suspended by the government. He challenged the suspension order in the High Court, and the High Court stayed Arvind’s suspension in the case.

But after Arvind Kumar received relief from the High Court, an FIR was filed against him. The petitioner then challenged the FIR in the High Court.

The High Court has now stayed the petitioner’s arrest in the case, expressing displeasure over the department’s arbitrary and authoritarian attitude.

Senior Advocate Imran Ullah, Vineet Sankalp, and Vineet Vikram presented the petitioner’s case in the court.
