Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday sharply rebuked Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Delhi Assembly Leader of Opposition Atishi for her remarks regarding the recent India-Pakistan understanding. Gupta asserted that no one has the authority to question the Indian Army.
Leader of the Opposition and BJP state president Babulal Marandi filed the petition, alleging that the appointment violated Supreme Court guidelines. A division bench of Justices S Ramachandra Rao and Deepak Roshan has set the next hearing for June 16.
