In a relief to the victims of the train and pool car mishap at Murshidabad yesterday, three students, who were admitted with injuries at Berhampur Medical College and Hospital were declared out of danger with stable health conditions by the doctors today.
Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari said that he has directed the administration to provide "all possible assistance" to the injured and the affected families.
The Railways suspended the gateman after the collision, while police arrested him as investigators examined allegations of intoxication, previous complaints by residents and possible infrastructure lapses at the crossing.
