He noted that due to the state government’s focused efforts on quality education, government school students recorded a 52 per cent pass rate in board exams compared to 48 per cent in private schools this year.
The CM was addressing a 'mock parliament' organised for students by the BJP Mahila Morcha in Bhopal.
Rajput directed all concerned officials to ensure that consumers receive high-quality petrol and diesel under all circumstances.
It is alleged that diesel mixed with water was filled in tanks of the vehicles at a fuel station in the Ratlam district of the state.
The CM noted that Dr Ambedkar’s contributions were multidimensional, and he foresaw the future challenges of India.
The Chief Minister explained that the English name was a colonial legacy, and renaming the schools as Sandipani Vidyalaya would introduce an Indian perspective into the education system.
Launching the statewide ‘School Chalen Hum’ campaign from Bhopal on Tuesday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav announced that from now on, all the ‘CM RISE’ Government Schools across the state would be known as ‘Sandipani Vidyalaya’.
During the function, the CM announced that the university would henceforth be known as Samrat Vikramaditya University.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav has stated that the Madhya Pradesh government will soon formulate a space policy, and also, discussions have begun regarding the establishment of a centre of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in the state.
