The commercial services in the newly-added lines, including the underwater stretch between Howrah Maidan and Esplanade are to start tomorrow.
Come Friday and commuters would be able to enjoy a comfortable commute from the Western fringes at Howrah Maidan to the Eastern flanks of the city at Ruby at just 50 rupees.
