A bomb threat targeting Delhi CM’s Secretariat and Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) triggered a swift security response with bomb squads, sniffer dogs, and disaster teams deployed. Police say there is no cause for panic, though checks continue amid a rise in hoax emails.
The MCD informed that almost all parts of the campus were covered for vector surveillance, with the cooperation of the college staff.
According to a fire official, a minor blaze broke out in the electricity meter panel on the ground floor of the hostel. However, no one was injured in the incident, the DFS said.
