The locals alleged that the men were moving around with a pick-up van, which already had a cow in it.
"Wherever they have a government, people have been murdered in thousands, a number of unemployed has shot up," she said.
He also emphasised that those genuinely involved in the service of the cow, including Muslims who maintain cow shelters, should not be linked to lynching incidents.
