KCR to appear before SIT tomorrow in phone tapping case

Even though the BRS leaders raised a stink after the SIT pasted a notice at his Nandinagar residence in Banjara Hills, Rao, popularly known as KCR, wrote a six-page-long letter to the investigators, agreeing to appear before them at 3 pm tomorrow.

The BRS, however, has alleged that the notice was issued just after they approached Governor Jishnu Dev Varma for an inquiry into the alleged coal scam, accusing the Congress government of attempting to distract people with the notice to Rao.

Firmness and empathy

In effect, Mr Rao seemed to suggest he was so determined to keep people in his state alive that he was even ready to kill them to achieve this end.
