The seized ENA could have been used to produce nearly 10,000 bottles of illicit liquor.
State Excise and Taxation Commissioner Yunus, in a statement issued here on Friday, said that 13,000 liters of Lahan (illicit liquor) and 30,000 liters of Lahan was seized destroyed by the Nurpur Excise team.
State Taxes and Excise Commissioner Yunus said that the Excise teams had conducted raids in around 687 suspected places in various districts.
According to the Special Commissioner of Police, Ravinder Singh Yadav, two different crime branch teams have successfully conducted the operation and recovered the liquor.
