After the meeting of Himachal Pradesh Child Welfare Council (HP CWC), the Governor said children in the Ashrams should be provided all such modern facilities which are provided to other children at home.

They are claiming that the Governor's address is a bundle of lies which is wrong," he said, while asking the Congress members to prove the lies in the Governor's address.
The Governor acknowledged the difficulties faced by students and teachers during the pandemic and said the government started 'Har Ghar Pathshala' programme for online education and achievements were shared with their parents through e-PTM.

Besides giving a graphic detail of several instances when Dhankhar overstepped his limits and tried to interfere in the legislative process, the Speaker said that though the duties and responsibilities of the Governor and the Speaker have been clearly spelt out in the Constitution, but the Governor has tried to put a hand on the legislative process and in a way creating a wrong impression among the people.
