He also referred to the management of development works across 42 government departments, monitoring over 100 Central and state schemes, and personally overseeing thousands of public grievances, letters, calls, and messages.
The approval limit at the departmental minister level will be increased from ₹10 crore to ₹50 crore. Projects costing ₹50–150 crore will be approved by the Finance Minister, and those above ₹150 crore will require the Chief Minister’s approval.
Currently, the state has 33 districts following a reorganisation exercise undertaken by the then chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
