The incident occurred on August 16 when the victim stepped out of her home in a village under Murar police station in Buxar district to buy copies.
The police filed a FIR against the four accused, including two others who facilitated the assault by guarding the room in which the crime was committed, from outside, in a case of gangrape and wrongful confinement based on the woman’s complaint.
The juvenile delinquents are aged between 10 to 14 years. During questioning, they reportedly confessed to the crime. They were booked under Section 376D (gang rape) of IPC and section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.
The incident occurred on May 28 after the victim and accused attended a daytime party at a pub in upscale Jubilee Hills.
The video clip went viral on social media after it was released by Raghunandan Rao at a news conference.
