External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar represented India at the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) summit held on 3 and 4 July at Astana, Kazakhstan.
Dr Jaishankar called on Putin on Wednesday evening in the Kremlin and handed over a personal message and warm greetings to Prime Minister Modi .
Jaishankar welcomed US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting, in Delhi.
Taking to Twitter, Jaishankar said, "Deeply shocked at the loss of so many young lives due to the stampede in Seoul."
Upon completion of the 77th UNGA related engagements, Jaishanka will visit Washington DC from September 25-28 for bilateral meetings with US interlocutors.
President will visit London from September 17-19 and offer condolences on behalf of the Indian government.

The two-day 5th Indian Ocean Conference is being held in Dubai. The theme of the Indian Ocean Conference 2021 is "Indian Ocean: Ecology, Economy, Epidemic".
"The government's priority is to safely evacuate the remaining Indians left there and to also ensure the security of Hindus and Sikhs there as well," the External Affairs Ministry (MEA) reiterated on Tuesday.
