The drive will involve cleaning of streets, parks, schools, residential areas, and back lanes, with a focus on areas that are often missed in daily cleaning.
He lauded local Councilor Roshan Lal Sagar and said that it is due to his efforts that the new FCTS has been established in the area.
Dr Oberoi acknowledged efforts made under the special cleanliness drive but emphasised that unauthorised dumping of garbage in various locations remains an issue, along with garbage collection from PWD roads.
