The police have arrested the accused and booked him under relevant sections of the POCSO Act.
The matter came to light after the child developed fever and was having severe pain in her private parts.
According to reports, the girl had gone missing on Friday afternoon and her body was found in a sugarcane field of one of the accused on Saturday. While, the incident reportedly took place in a village close to the Nepal border, which is near the state capital Lucknow.
The minor girl was abducted on August 6 by Dalpat when she was playing outside her house in Hapur's Garh area. She was raped and left to die in a nearby forest, from where a search and rescue team found her almost 12 hours later.
According to the police, the 17-year-old girl had gone missing on January 14 and a probe zeroed in on a village in Mehkar tehsil in neighbouring Buldhana district where she was kept.
Ravi Soni (24) lured the girl by giving her toffee and took her to secluded place and raped here on Thursday, they said.
The victim has been admitted to a hospital and investigation is on, Deputy Inspector General, Azamgarh range, Subhash Chand Dubey said.
A complaint against the man was lodged by his wife, the police said. According to the complaint, he sodomised his minor son at home on January 6.
