Sachdeva remarked that for over the past 10 years, Kejriwal has allegedly been deceiving auto drivers. Though he calls them family, he has done nothing to improve their working conditions, he pointed out.
All the three accused used to target the passengers arriving at the Old Delhi railway stations from other states, the police said.
Following the viral video, the police initiated an investigation into the incident, although the exact location of the incident is yet to be determined.
Auto drivers have expressed their ire over Rapido bike taxi service which has badly hit them.
The incident has been captured on a CCTV camera installed near the spot. The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Nadim, 35, a resident of Chitli Kabar near Jama Masjid, Delhi.
The police seized the auto and initiated a legal action under the POCSO Act and other relevant sections.
A 20-year-old man was arrested and three juveniles were apprehended in the case.
