In a major breakthrough in the ongoing drive to make Punjab a safe and secure state, the Punjab Police has dismantled a cross-border arms smuggling module with the arrest of four accused and the recovery of seven sophisticated pistols, Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav said on Sunday.
