Rekha and Amitabh Bachchan’s iconic chemistry from ‘Muqaddar Ka Sikandar’ gets recreated
Veteran actress Rekha recently took fans on a nostalgic journey by recreating the magic of her classic “Muqaddar Ka Sikandar” song.
Apart from the two silvers, Sindhu won in the last two editions, she had also won the bronze in 2013 and 2014.
A string of Bollywood personalities like Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma among many others has hailed ace shuttler PV Sindhu for becoming the first Indian to win the BWF World Championships.
Sindhu defeated Japan’s Nozomi Okuhara in straight games 21-7, 21-7 to lift the women’s singles title in Basel, Switzerland on super Sunday, as India also defeated West Indies by 318 runs in the World Test Championship underway in Antigua.
This is Sindhu’s fifth medal at the World Championships, which is the joint highest in women’s singles in the history of the tournament along with Zhang Ning of China – a two-time Olympic gold medallist.
