The Union Minister said that people of the country will never forgive Lalu Yadav for “using abusive words” against Modi.
Slamming RJD leader Lalu Prasad’s ‘not Hindu’ remark on Prime Minister Narendra, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on Monday said the people of the country will never forgive him.
”INDI alliance cannot see anyone beyond the family, Lalu ji proved this. This country will never forgive him for using abusive words against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who has dedicated every moment of his life for 140 crore family members,” Goyal wrote on X.
Lalu Prasad has claimed that Prime Minister Modi “is not a real Hindu” as he did not get his head shaved when his mother Heeraba Modi died in 2022.

He said this in his address at ‘Jan Vishwas Maha Rally’ at the Gandhi Maidan in Patna, which was attended by several Opposition leaders, including Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and party president Mallikarjun Kharge, as well as Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav.
Notably, BJP has filed a complaint against RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav over his controversial ‘PM Modi is not Hindu’ remarks.
