Congress President Rahul Gandhi for the first time chaired the meeting of the Congress Working Committee at 24 Akbar Road in New Delhi on Friday.
Addressing the media after the meeting, Rahul Gandhi slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) saying that the entire 2G Spectrum was a architect of lies, and later adding that the very foundation of the BJP is based on lies.
He said that the truth about 2G Spectrum case is now out as the special CBI court has exonerated all the people in the case.

The Congress president said that from demonetisation, to “Gabbar Singh Tax” (read GST), to the Rafale deal, everything is a tower of lies. Rahul Gandhi also said that the Prime Minister’s silence on corruption is questionable.
Attacking the PM, Rahul said that Modi did not utter a word when questions were raised how BJP chief Amit Shah’s son, Jay Shah, manifolded his income in just three months.
He asked why Rafale deal was changed to benefit one single business house.
Rahul Gandhi is set to visit Gujarat on Sunday. He will visit Somnath Temple, according to media reports.
