Academic Qualification:

District Programme Coordinator under RNTCP: The interested candidate must have MBA/PG Diploma in Management/Health Administration from a recognized Institute / University. The candidate must have at least 1 year of work experience.

District Consultant (Quality Assurance) under NQAP: The interested candidate must have MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management (MHA – Fulltime or equivalent). The candidate must also have two years experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.

Facility-level Quality Manager under NQAP: The interested candidate must have MBBS Dental/AYUSH/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science Graduate WITH Masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management. He/She should have one year experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.
Staff Nurse under NUHM: The interested candidate must have completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) or Reciprocal Registration Certificate from WBNC.

GNM under Thalassaemia Control Programme: The interested candidate must have completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) with reciprocal Registration Certificate from WBNC.

Laboratory Technician (NUHM): The interested candidate must have passes Higher Secondary from a recognized Board/ Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics as well as Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty / AICTE. The candidate should have knowledge in Computer, MS Office, and Internet.
