TMC’s star campaigner Dev canvasses for votes in Cooch Behar, Jalpaiguri
Mr Deb started campaigning in Mekhliganj in Cooch Behar, which is an Assembly segment, under Jalpaiguri LS seat.
Shamlee, better known as Baby Shamili, is an Indian actress who has worked in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu films. She is probably best known for her critically acclaimed performance as the mentally challenged child Anjali in the 1990 film Anjali, that fetched her the National Film Award for Best Child Artist.
She had started acting from the age of two in the Tamil cinema and continued her work till the year 2009 in which she starred as a female lead actress in Anand Ranga’s film ‘Oye!’.
After that the Shamili went off the radar to pursue her studies in Singapore she rejected all offers that came to her for films.

None the less the actress has come back to the industry and will be trying her luck in Tollywood once again in the film directed by Sundar Surya, titled ‘Ammama Gari Illu’.
The actress will be seen opposite the male lead Naga Shaurya and has a completely different role to play in the film that is sure to stun the audience with awe.
The film ‘Ammamma Gari Illu’ is set to release in the month of March.
