John Legend on downfall of Kanye West: ‘He’s not the man I knew’
Legend didn’t mince words when he described West’s dramatic shift over the past decade. “It does feel sad, sometimes shocking, to see where he is now.”

John Legend says although it is difficult to make everyone happy with his music albums, he hopes his fans will at least give him a shot whenever he puts something out.
The 38-year-old singer says his latest studio album Darkness and Light' has received a great response from people and industry alike, reported Femalefirst.

"Not everyone is going to be happy with every album and with every song but when I put music out, I do it with the confidence that my fans will love it or at least give it a chance," says Legend.

The All of Me singer adds that he feels pressure of making to the top of a chart but sticks to making music that appeals to the public.
"The feedback from Darkness and Light has been amazing and it has been my best-reviewed album to-date… I don't go too much into numbers and charts, what's important is that people love it and I've heard they do," he adds.
