Addressing the gathering, Gupta said, “The Tiranga is the pride of our nation and a symbol of the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters. It is not just a flag, but a living embodiment of our sovereignty, unity, and the values enshrined in our Constitution. This Yatra is our way of honouring their legacy and reaffirming our collective responsibility to build a stronger, united India.”

“The Tiranga Yatra is our heartfelt tribute to visionaries like Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Shri Vithalbhai Patel, and countless unsung heroes who endured imprisonment, hardship, and even death so that we could live in liberty. Their legacy calls upon each of us to preserve and strengthen our nation’s unity, integrity, and democratic values,” he added.

Gupta also paid tributes to the bravery and sacrifice of the Indian soldiers who recently displayed extraordinary courage during Operation Sindoor and Operation Mahadev. He lauded the armed forces for their unmatched valour in safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty and protecting its people, even in the face of extreme adversity.

The Speaker said that every Indian soldier is a living embodiment of our national spirit. “Their bravery during recent operations is a reminder that the freedom we celebrate today is protected every single day by their dedication and sacrifice.”

The event also witnessed active participation from community organisations and youth groups. The Speaker commended the people of Rohini for their overwhelming participation and emphasised that such initiatives strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and inspire future generations to uphold the ideals of freedom.
