Earlier, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) had claimed that Iran targeted multiple locations across the region, including Dubai International Airport, Kuwait International Airport, Zayed International Airport in Dubai, Erbil International Airport in Iraq, and the Port of Dubai. CENTCOM also reported attacks on residential areas in Israel, Bahrain, and Qatar.

The Kuwait Army also confirmed that its Air Defence Force intercepted several hostile aerial targets early Monday morning. In a post on X, the army stated, “No casualties were recorded. The armed forces continue to carry out their duties and address any potential developments, ensuring the preservation of the country’s security and stability.”

These developments follow the killing of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei in Israel-US strikes on Saturday, under Operation Epic Fury/Roaring Lion.

The situation remains fluid, with international observers warning of potential further escalation across the region.
