Expressing confidence that women who have benefitted hugely from the various public distribution schemes which she introduced in the state over the past decade since she came to power in 2011 will vote for the continuation of these, she told a public gathering that she is counting on them to come out and vote.
The BJP Mahila Morcha team is preparing new plans like "Selfie with beneficiary", and "Kamal Mitra" and also going to reach out to women through the "Sushma Swaraj award" to honour them.
As the campaign for Gujarat assembly polls is in full swing every political party, be it Congress, BJP or Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), is trying hard to woo women voters.
