This year, GD Birla Centre for Education hosted its much-awaited ‘Winter Carnival 2.0’ to celebrate the immense contributions of retired teachers, as well as students, parents and alumni, all held within a day filled with fun and festivities on 7 December.
The carnival will witness performances from as many as 25 cultural groups from various states, including star-studded nights.
To boost tourism in the state capital, the ‘Queen of Hills’ Shimla for the first-ever is hosting ‘Winter Carnival’ at the historic Ridge.
