Three individuals engaged in cleaning a septic tank in Odisha’s Nabarangpur district died of suspected asphyxiation, police said on Tuesday.
According to the police, the incident took place near Shastri Park metro station, at the Tarbuz market, and the PCR call regarding the same was received at around 0450 hrs.
Nine passengers, including three women, sustained burns in the incident. The condition of five is stated to be serious.
