The victim, whom the police identified as Raju Sah of Bihar, succumbed to injuries during treatment.
Two of them are from Pakistan while one is from Kashmir.
The juvenile was incidentally lodged at Observation Home, RS Pura, Jammu, in another case, registered at the Gursai Police Station in Mendhar of the District Poonch.
The restriction is also aimed at ensuring better area dominance by BSF troops, according to an official order.
Sources said that a large area around the spot, where terrorists attacked an army vehicle, is being combed to hunt down the terrorists.
Rai said these 23 individuals were designated as terrorists under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act,1967, during 2022 and 2023 till date.
ATS special Judge Vivekananda Sharan Tripathi, while awarding life imprisonment to the three convicted terrorists, also imposed a fine of Rs 18,000 on each of them.
The police released an audio saying that the seven terrorists involved in targeted killing were hiding in the forests of Rajouri and were being provided food and shelter by some locals.
