A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the National Institute of Sowa-Rigpa, Leh, and the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hyderabad.
The institute is already running a five-year collaborative research programme on “community mental health and climate change” with the University of Rochester, USA.
