The summons were issued by the Rouse Avenue court, requiring Singh to appear before the court on July 18.
The chargesheet, based on the sexual harassment allegations against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, has been filed under sections 354, 354D, 345A & 506 (1) of IPC, Special Public Prosecutor Atul Srivastava said.
