Referring to infrastructure development, Jayant Chaudhary said Prime Minister Narendra Modi would dedicate five redeveloped railway stations in Punjab, adding that the upgraded facilities are part of the Centre's efforts to modernise public infrastructure in the state.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today fed cows on the lawn at his residence in New Delhi on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, who will chair the conference, said the meet will focus on how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and social media are reshaping the functioning of democratic institutions.
The dialogue will serve as a platform for young leaders from across the country to share ideas, aspirations, and contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat.
He stated that more than being an annual dialogue, ‘’Pariksha Pe Charcha’’, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has evolved into a nationwide movement aimed at creating a stress-free environment for the youth of the country.
The visit will commence on the evening of January 10 in Somnath, where the Prime Minister will participate in Omkar Mantra chanting at the revered Somnath Temple, one of India’s 12 Jyotirlingas and a symbol of the nation’s civilisational heritage.
