The day began in Haryana's Jind, shifted to Chandigarh by the afternoon and concluded with a high-profile rally in Jalandhar.

The launch event came shortly after Prime Minister Modi flagged off the country’s inaugural hydrogen-fueled passenger train from Jind in Haryana.
Referring to infrastructure development, Jayant Chaudhary said Prime Minister Narendra Modi would dedicate five redeveloped railway stations in Punjab, adding that the upgraded facilities are part of the Centre's efforts to modernise public infrastructure in the state.
In a sharp message, Modi said politicising matters related to national security and global crises is unacceptable. "This is a matter concerning the interests of 140 crore countrymen; there is no place for self-serving politics,” he said.
On the domestic front, Modi urged political parties and citizens not to politicise the issue. He said matters related to national interest should not be used for political gains and warned against spreading rumours.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the Prime Minister directed that a group of ministers and secretaries be created to work dedicatedly in a whole of government approach.
Noting the importance of experience, PM Modi said that new members who join immediately have the opportunity to learn from colleagues who have been here for a long time.
