Three active members of the Tillu Tajpuriya-Parvesh Maan gang have been arrested along with the seizure of firearms, Delhi Police said on Monday.
The shooter, 20-year-old Tushar, was arrested from Kundli village in Sonipat, Haryana, after the police received information that he was coming to the area to retrieve a motorcycle used in the crime, which had been dumped there to avoid arrest following the shootout.
According to DCP Outer North, Ravi Kumar, "The police received a call from Shahbad dairy area that a four-year old girl was kidnapped by a neighbour and he tried to sexually assault her”.
Such was the impact of the accident that both the driver and the pillion rider sustained severe head injuries leading to their instant death.
