HC dismisses petition of Muslim side in Sambhal Jama Masjid case
The Allahabad High Court on Monday dismissed the revision petition filed by the Muslim side against the survey of Sambhal Jama Masjid.

The Muslim side had filed a recall application challenging the order of January 11, 2024. Recall petition was filed regarding 15 petitions and on October 16, the High Court had reserved its verdict in the case.
The court, in its order, said till the next hearing on February 6, puja would continue in Vyasji located in the basement of Gyanvapi.
The next hearing in the case is scheduled on September 8.
In a petition, the Muslim side alleged that the fees for the expenses incurred on the survey were not deposited on behalf of the women litigants.
The Hindu side had demanded regular worship of the Shringar Gauri in the case related to the Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi dispute.
