The workshop was chaired by BJP Jharkhand president and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi. Union Minister for Power, Housing and Urban Affairs and former Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar attended as the chief guest.
The initial service, the ‘Priority Corridor – Orange Line’, will operate along a stretch of about 7 km between Subhash Nagar and AIIMS Bhopal. It includes eight elevated stations.

During his brief visit to the national capital, CM Sharma called on Minister Khattar and other central government officials
“There is a need to distinguish between bona fide and mala fide intentions. We may make mistakes, but our intent is never wrong. Starting from those at the bottom of the pyramid out utmost priority, as they are the ones who have first right on the government,” Khattar said.
The CM said earlier the work of the registry was done manually, but the state government has introduced an online system in September 2020.
If necessary, the government is ready to get the investigation done by any big probe agency, the CM said.
In response to another question, the CM said the issue of water sharing through the Satluj Yamuna Link (SYL) canal will come up in the future.
The social justice and empowerment minister OP Yadav said CM has presented a public-friendly budget. The interests of the entire society have been kept in mind in this budget.
